Abstract -
The rapid development of mobile technology has resulted in the domination of mobile devices as the main channel through which people conduct most of their day-to-day activities. Several financial institutions are incorporating mobile banking and financial services as a key component of their growth strategy. However, the increasing capabilities that mobile technology offers have brought about a large number of security challenges to mobile banking. This calls for the need to equip financial institutions with a framework for assessing how secure the mobile banking services they provide are. Survey research design was carried out to determine the cyber-security challenges to mobile banking experienced in SACCOs in Kenya and the approaches used to minimize their impact to mobile banking service provision by SACCOs were evaluated. The study determined the cyber-security challenges to mobile banking. It also evaluated ways in which SACCOs ensure user perceived secure mobile banking service provision. A user perceived secure mobile banking service provision framework was proposed based on the findings. The proposed framework was put on test using experts and was found to be highly reliable. The framework provides means by which SACCOs can assess how user perceived secure the services they provide to their clients are.

Abstract -
The use of nuclear power plants to produce electric energy is a safety-critical process where ultimate operational decisions still depend on the control rooms operator. Thus it is important to provide the best possible decision support. This paper presents a human system interface based on software code to increase operation safety by mitigating the potential effect of an earthquake according to regional, national and international regulations. Such mitigation could be achieved by using a software procedure to give the operator the facility for safe power reduction or automatic shutdown when detecting an event through the seismic monitoring system during plant operation phase.

Abstract -
The management of information systems (MOIS) is the principal component, which acts as the heart that pumps and feeds the three others components in the databank. The databank is created as integrated network management system for nuclear/radiological authorities (NRA) and their technical support organizations (TSO). To satisfy the demand of NRA and TSO, two information systems are considered; task system and field system. The interaction of elements in tasks and fields system is within lines of connections and bridges of relation respectively. The text is discussed the evolution in building and managing both systems by call lines. Additionally, the text explains the transformation of data to information or the inverse process to fulfill the need of the scientific/regulatory employees to implement their duties in optimum time and effort. A case study of bridge of relation is undertaken between the radiation protection and materials. This relation is demonstrated through dose conversion software package.

Abstract -
The main problems of applying virtual reality to rehabilitation are related to the compatibility of different system components, big data processing and adaptation to individual users needs. The objective of the research is to develop and apply virtual reality practises to games for use in lower body motor rehabilitation. A new rehabilitation game adaptation model which accommodates for the players physical abilities and their level of fatigue has been suggested, implemented and analysed. The adaptation algorithm still only partially adapts to the physical abilities and the fatigue of the player. To improve the adaptiveness of the algorithm it could be further refined. Another way to improve it would be to see how the algorithm behaves when more data is introduced into the system. The scientific novelty of this research is the analysis of the level of fatigue of a person and the adaptation to it.

Abstract -
This work is aimed at developing a device which can be used for multi-purpose temperature monitoring and control. At the heart of the circuit is the 8051 microcontroller which controls all its functions. A temperature sensor LM7805 is used for sensing the temperature of the environment and the system displays the temperature on a LCD in real time. This temperature is compared with the value stored by the user and if the temperature goes beyond the preset temperature then heater (bulb) switches off and if temperature goes below the preset value then heater switches on. AC bulb is interfaced with the microcontroller which is done with the help of a relay and a NPN transistor. The developed temperature regulator device can be used for multiple applications.
