Abstract -
The article focuses on the dynamic data distribution among memory resources in processing centers. The method of dynamic data distribution among various storage devices is offered by using trigonometric model with the trend of specific changes of user file call frequencies depending on time. The change in the file call frequencies depending on time is formulated as the sum of linear and trigonometric functions. Mean square errors minimization method and Fourier allocation method of discrete time series are used to define model coefficients. Developed model ensures more efficient use of memory resources of data storage system and its usage by users more.

Abstract -
Information-Centric Networking methods (ICN) present fundamental resilience to a lot of users in order to collect data. It is one of the substantial sharing features of ICN designs are the global caching. They are exceedingly admissible that the in-network cache will enhance the execution. Besides, there was no totally abridgement on the mobility to plan an effective caching program in ICN network. In our research we discuss the modality of enhancing the Hybrid Asymmetric-Multicast Hash-Routing strategy by finding the best location for storage regarding the nodes which are participating directly in the search for content achieves higher cache hit ratio.

Abstract -
In this study, Turkish hyponymy, holonymy and antonymy semantic pairs are classified by machine learning algorithms. To classify different semantic pairs, lexico-syntactic patterns which obtained from large Turkish corpus, WordNet similarity scores and Word2Vec vector similarity are used. Each feature set is used individually to examine effects on classification accuracy. After experiments, it is shown that hyponymy, holonymy and antonymy pairs can be distinguished from each other using important features. Best classification result has been obtained using lexico-syntactic pattern features from random forest algorithm as 84% F score. Adding WordNet and Word2Vec features to lexico-syntactic patterns has not increased classification success significantly.
